Tallow - Hard White - Best Tallow is an excellent lubricant for many forming and repair procedures such as, drilling, tapping, cutting, wire drawing, engraving, burring, etc. Add with pitch to soften and elasticate when preparing pitch, essential when chasing jewellery etc. When mixing use a 1:5 (Tallow:Pitch) ratio, however add more to soften/elasticate further.
