DRU Maestro gas fire wins double award at Hearth & Home 2016
DRU Fires has won two prestigious awards at the UK fireplace industry’s premier awards ceremony, which took place at the annual Hearth & Home trade show in Harrogate. The company’s latest Maestro 105/3 gas fire was voted Gas Appliance of the Year and Product of the Year, the industry’s highest accolade. The judges felt that the Maestro was "beautifully designed with a stunningly realistic flame picture”. They also noted the opening glass door as being advantageous in terms of maintenance and cleaning. The Maestro went on to win Product of the Year 2016 and was one of two products that the judges felt were out in front of what was a top quality and highly competitive field. Ultimately it was the design, fuel bed realism and controllability that secured the win for the Maestro.
