Capture some lovely shots and learn a few photography tips and techniques while exploring the rugged coast of the Bay of Fundy. Your half-day Silver Shore Collection excursion takes in panoramic locales such as the Reversing Falls Rapids, where the mighty Bay of Fundy causes the St. John’s River to reverse direction twice each day and fl ow upstream, a visit to Lepreau Falls, a scenic waterfall on the Lepreau River, Dipper Harbour and its picturesque fi shing wharf before proceeding to a Bay of Fundy beach.

During your guided tour, view the production area to learn how COWS makes its 32 different fl avours of ice cream. Afterward, sample the ice cream fl avour of your choice. Next, visit the adjacent Anne of Green Gables Chocolate. Observe how chocolates are made, and sample their unique, chocolate-dipped potato chips and other specialities. Your last stop is at the PEI Brewing Company, the island’s oldest craft brewery and to sample one of their award- winning ales.
