The Yorkshire division of national homebuilder, Bellway is offering new homes with a difference in Queensbury with buyers being given the chance to choose between either three OR four bedrooms when buying either a detached OR semi-detached three storey Buckden.
Paula Murdoch, Bellway Yorkshire's sales manager, said: “I realise this sounds a little far- fetched, but I can assure everybody it's absolutely true. We are offering the newly released Buckdens on Queenshead Park as either a three or four bedroom home at least for any reservation made by mid-January.”
The choice buyers will face is what to do with the second floor of their Buckden home. They can either opt for an impressive master suite complete with an en suite facility and dressing area OR two separate bedrooms with a shared shower room.

Jones Homes announces plans to build homes in Golcar, Huddersfield
Jones Homes has recently completed the acquisition of land in Golcar, Huddersfield. The award winning developer has planning permission for a stunning residential development of 20 new build homes to be known as Meadow View.
Located off Leymoor Road, close to the town centre, the 1.7 acre site will be transformed into an exclusive new residential development comprising a mix of detached and semi-detached homes set in attractively landscaped grounds.
