Fall/Winter Collection Highlights

FIG Clothing Montreal-based travel wear brand, FIG Clothing, introduces new fabrics for Fall 2016, and a new recycling program for its textiles! The company, which makes all of its clothes in Canada, has developed a

new MicroModal® / merino blend for FW16. Slightly heathered, this lightweight fabric is warm and quick-drying. True to FIG’s nature, eco-friendliness is at the heart of the MicroModal® AIR blend, which is made by Lenzing®, an environmental leader in the textile industry. Expect loose fits, beautiful drapes and fun accessories for the fall. Comfort and luxury all in one! FIG will also offer an array of new styles and colours in its ready-to wear collections: flattering dresses, comfortable travel pants as well as cozy tunics and hoodies made from quality fibres, like organic cotton, bamboo and Lyocell.

FIG is also proud to announce the launch of a new program called Second Life, which encourages the brand to find viable solutions to manage its fabric inventories after each production, and limit waste. The company is committed to reusing and/or redistributing the majority of its leftover materials via fashion schools, eco-designers and non-profit organizations.
