Legal problems can be of many kinds: I do not deal with criminal law, so you would not be rubbing shoulders with murderers, drug dealers or gun runners in the waiting area of my off ice! I deal only with general civil law and arrange wills, submit tax returns, draw up tenancy agreements, contracts of all kinds, etc. and there are three areas in which I specialise: property conveyance, inheritance and tax matters.

If you plan to buy property in this area, you really will need professional guidance. I will make certain that your property transaction is fi nalised to your satisfaction and that you have a totally legal and trouble-free title to your purchase.

It is important that you understand how inheritance tax is assessed even before you buy. Finally the discrimination between residents and non-residents in the EU has been eliminated, with generous tax-free allowances in the Valencian Region for close family members in both inheritance and gift tax.

Once you have purchased, each year you will need to submit tax returns, whether they be for resident income tax or non-resident ones covering either the mere ownership of a property in Spain or the rental income generated by it.

We are proud of our family-like business; our aim is to make you feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you enter our off ice. You will be warmly welcomed by my bilingual, experienced assistants who will help to solve any problems you may have. No matter how small or comparatively insignifi cant your case may be, you will receive the same courteous and personal attention we give to all our clients.

Any advice we may give you will be aimed at putting your mind at rest. We hope that once you entrust your business with us, you will become yet another satisfi ed client. We look forward to meeting you in the near future.

OPTICIANS Specsavers Opticas

Digital Precision Eyecare: The Future at Specsavers Opticas

Specsavers Opticas has introduced a cutting edge new way of selecting and fi tting customers’ glasses, using imaging soft ware on tablet devices. Digital Precision Eyecare, ensures everyone receives the right professional care and advice in frame selection and dispensing for their prescription, vision and lifestyle needs.

This gets customers much more involved with the frames and lens selection which ensures a perfect fi t every time. Following an eye examination, the optical team assists customers in selecting their preferred glasses. Imaging soft ware on a tablet is then used to take an image of them wearing the glasses, which in turn captures a range of essential dispensing measurements. These are unique to the customer and their chosen glasses.

The tablet can also be used to show clients what they look like wearing a range of diff erent glasses and the intelligent soft ware also helps to choose lens options by demonstrating what they do in real time.

Digital Precision Eyecare is now available in all Specsavers Opticas stores in Spain.

Specsavers stocks a variety of glasses, starting from just 29€ to the latest designer styles from 129€. All glasses come with standard single vision lenses and a scratch-resistant treatment. To fi nd your nearest Specsavers Opticas store visit www.specsavers.es
