Taking tea at Dart Marina Hotel & Spa

‘TAKING TEA’ with a good friend or, even better, a group of friends, is one of the best ways to catch up! More relaxed than grabbing a quick lunch, Afternoon Tea has a certain joy about it. If the sun is shining you can ‘Take Tea’ on The Terrace overlooking the magical River Dart, and if there’s a cloud in the sky, our River Restaurant will give you a view to take your breath away. Or you can find a cosy corner on a velvet sofa in the peaceful bar area and while away an hour in complete luxury.

Enjoy a proper Afternoon Tea with delicate sandwiches, freshly baked scones with jam and Devon Clotted Cream, and of course pastries and cakes, all displayed on a cake stand just for you. There will be tea of course, plus a glass of Champagne to help the relaxation (and chatter). For a new take on afternoon tea, the G & Tea, a Hendricks gin cucumber cocktail served in its own special teapot with fine bone cups and saucers, is a refreshingly grown up way to take tea.
