across the state Eight students at Ballet Conservatory received top honors at this year’s YAGP Regionals held in Dallas and Austin. In the YAGP Senior Division, Mackenna Pieperwas the 1st place Senior Classical winner. Carley Denton, Madeline Hanly, Olivia Lambert and Julia Tiller all received Top 24 in the Senior Classical division. Carley Dentonalso received Top 12 in Senior Contemporary. Carly Greene received Top 12 in both Junior Classical and Contemporary. Kristina Lorelli and Mikaela Seale received Top 24 in Junior Classical.

in the nation Jonathan Harris, former Dallas Ballet Center student and DCNT Scholarship recipient, has accepted an offer to join the Sacramento Ballet as a full company member. He begins his pro- fessional career in October of 2015.


Christopher Vo, BTW and Juilliard alum, performed on the 2015 Tony Awards in the cast of The King and I. Earlier this season, Chris performed in another Tony nominated show—On the Town.

Ali Honchellwas made a new apprentice of Bruce Wood Dance Project.Ali graduated from Marcus High School this June and studied at Ballet Conservatory for 13 years. She was a member of LakeCities Ballet Theatre and LBT2 for six years.
