consulting company, found that 18 per cent of millennials were reaching out for its support to deal with mental health issues. About 15 per cent were dealing with stress, 20 per cent were dealing with depression, and 23 per cent were fight- ing anxiety. Such health concerns carry over to the workplace, so it’s high time to start thinking about how to evolve the workforce to reflect these concerns.
