Whilst some folk may enjoy waiting for a charcoal barbeque to warm up, others prefer the speed and easy-care of a gas one. A good, well-built barbeque will feel solid and sturdy; a poorly made one will wiggle. If the display model doesn’t feel solid on the shop floor, it will probably fall apart just as quickly on your patio.
