Headford expands M&A team
Headford’s mergers and acquisitions team has recently added another team member to the sales department to further strengthen the quality of its service. The company is working to build its UK M&A team up to six by the end of 2015 and up to ten by the end of 2016 in order to strengthen its position as the market leader of M&A in the global freight forwarding arena. The addition of David Roberts to the group has brought the department one step closer to achieving this goal.
David’s awareness of current business trends coupled with a sound knowledge of the competitive landscape has enabled the M&A department to fl ourish during the fi rst quarter of 2015.
‘It’s great to assist a company like Headford. Their ethos is one of opportunity, which I try to develop, manage and sustain through my conversation with business owners every day.’
Now, with more deals underway than ever before, the job of New Business Advisor demands that David employs his ample ability to manage several projects at once.
David’s written and verbal communication techniques have been
paramount in our approach to securing new and existing clients, regularly chairing exploratory meetings with prospective clients he has proven that his non-judgemental and positive approach to M&A activity is the right initiative to take.
