being an “early adopter” of efficiency and safety technologies and I believe has been recognized at least 3 times as the TCA’s “best fleet to drive for”.


Despite being a past chairman of the


Association, he remains very active by attending both of our annual spring and fall board meetings, but he will frequently call to give helpful advice on particular issues. He and his wife have participated in our “Call on Washington” trips and actively participated in presenting our case to our representatives in D-C. His company also continues to be one


of the strongest member companies for submitting Driver of the Month, honoring their drives, and also candidates for our “of the year” award categories. He has not only been a big supporter of the Truck Driving Championships by sending drivers, but also a team of volunteers including himself and his wife to serve in key areas such as the Nebraska State Patrol officer interviews on Friday and a course steward on their Saturday challenge. maintenance and Logistics Councils he has always encouraged and supported his managers


throughout the year for the Driver of the Month program. Tis program highlights the achievements of our industry’s top professional drivers. It shines a spotlight on their dedication.
