Trap Spring Opening Saturday, 18 April 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
You’re invited to celebrate spring at the range with FREE hot dogs and hamburgers, plus plenty of action on the elds! Enjoy a day of paintball action or shoot a few rounds at the Skeet & Trap Range.
Wilderness & Remote First Aid Course
18 & 19 April | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. $95 per person
Learn the foundation of rst aid principles and skills. Be able to respond to emergencies and give care in areas that do not have immediate emergency medical services. The course is at the Land Memorial Ski Lodge, and American Red Cross student materials and certication are included. Participants must have a current adult CPR / First Aid certication and be at least 14 years of age on or before 19 April. The last day to register is Wednesday, 15 April.
Lifeguard Course
6 - 9 April | 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. $135 per person | Ages 15 & up
Earn your certication as an American Red Cross Lifeguard and your CPR / AED certication in this challenging and fun course. There is a prerequisite swim test required prior to enrolling; contact the Outdoor Recreation Center for more information.
Hachikuro Wild Hot APRIL OUTDOOR RECREATION CENTER 14 | Outdoor Recreation Center
Springs Hike & Soak Saturday, 25 April | 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. $45 per person
Hike two kilometers to a wooded valley to experience a unique natural volcanic hot spring! The water is 38 - 40º C and rich in iron and other minerals. Swimwear and sandals are required in the pools, and there are no facilities in the area. This tour is for adventurous adults over the age of 18 and limited to ten people.
