IMPORTANT INFORMATION


REFUNDS Please note the payment is made for the whole block. In the event that you withdraw from or fail to complete the block there is no entitlement to a refund.


HOLIDAY DATES No courses will run on Monday 4 May, Friday 22 May to Monday 25 May inclusive.


OTHER INFORMATION Participants may be photographed and these photographs used in future Council publicity. If you do not wish your child’s photograph taken, please tell us at the time of booking. Occasionally coaches may collate basic information from fun based skills circuits to help improve participant’s skills, technique and monitor their progress. Please note this information is destroyed at the end of each block. If you do not wish for your child to be included in this please inform the coach.


BLOCK BOOKINGS All customers are asked to book classes in advance of the block starting. If booking and payment is not received prior to the block commencing, participants will not be allowed to attend.If booking and payment is made on the day of the class, after 4pm, customers will receive a reference number that has to be given to the coach.


SWIMMING AND GYMNASTICS If payment due has not been met by the priority booking date, this space will automatically be offered to the next customer.


FOOTBALL BOOKINGS The information provided when booking football activity will be shared with the Scottish FA for the purposes of counting and monitoring participation in football and will not be used for any commercial purpose or shared with any third party organisations. The Scottish Football Association Limited is a private company limited by guarantee, registered in Scotland, with its registered office at Hampden Park, Glasgow G42 9AY and company number SC005453.
