DELIVERY – Refer to Main Web Site Tab 1. Goods are delivered using our own transport or a national carrier network. Customers are requested to make suitable arrangements to receive, check and sign for their consignment; this will avoid any inconvenience and re-delivery charge being incurred and debited to your account. No claim can be accepted once the goods are signed for.
2. Delivery services may vary throughout the UK depending on your location. Scottish Highlands & Islands IV/KW1-14/PA34/PA37-39//PH19-40/PH49-50/PH41Sector 4 – Isle of Wight – Isle of Man – Northern Ireland – Guernsey & Jersey are subject to a surcharge by the carriers, please contact our dispatch counter on 01325 374676 for a quote.
3. Online component orders with a net value of under £ 150.00 net are charged out at our standard rate of £ 10.00 plus vat up to a maximum of 25 kilo weight, thereafter a per kilo weight charge will apply.
4. Online component orders with a net value of over £ 150.00 net are delivered free up to a maximum of 25 kilo weight, thereafter a per kilo weight charge will apply.
5. Component orders delivered to a domestic address/postcode are subject to a £ 5.00 carrier surcharge.
6. Local component orders with a net value of under £ 150.00 net delivered within our local delivery area are subject to our standard tariff charge of £ 10.00 plus vat. Minimum and Maximum weights do not apply. 7. Local component orders with a net value of over £ 150.00 - DELIVERED FREE Minimum and Maximum weights do not apply. 8. Items with a length of more than 1.5 metres are charged at cost. 9. Customers will be advised at the time of ordering if an item is out of stock, currently on back order, or is made to measure.
MISSING ITEMS 1. Missing item(s) must be reported to M.C. Products within two working days with the exception to out of stock goods.
2. Consignment delivery note(s) must be signed in the presence of the driver.
RETURNED GOODS 1. Goods ordered and delivered can only be returned if approved by M.C. Products and a return of goods number has been issued.
2. Customers are responsible for the packaging, ensuring the goods returned, arrive at our business premises in good clean condition.
3. Customers ordering incorrect goods are responsible for the full payment of return carriage cost. 4. Credit notes or refunds will not be issued if goods are not returned within 5 working days. 5. Goods returned will be subject to a re stocking and administration charge of £ 10.00 plus vat.
6. All delivery charges are met by the customer, therefore the customer must make a direct claim with the carrier for damaged goods and not with M.C. Products Wrought Iron Components. --- oOo ---
