ORDERING WROUGHT IRON COMPONENTS 1. Customers placing an order are welcome to visit our trade counter. Component orders are accepted online through our ecommerce web site, telephone, fax and email. Simply quote the component art reference numbers from the website or catalogue and the quantity required. There is no need to open an account when ordering wrought iron components, gate or railing parts.


2. Customers wising to collect their order from our trade counter are welcome to do so, please telephone your order in advance, as this will minimize delays and assist staff. Sales: 01325 374676


3. Component orders placed before 12-noon for stock items are normally dispatched the same working day for next working day express delivery, unless stated otherwise. Customers wishing bespoke wrought iron items will be given an estimated delivery date, this will depend on the items and quantities required.

PAYMENT Order and invoice payment(s) are payable at point of sale, unless prior credit arrangements have been made with our accounts department, (subject to status). The following forms of payment are accepted: Cleared cheque payment, Cheque payment accompanied with a bankers guarantee card for orders under a total of £ 50.00; Cash; Debit Card; Banker’s Draft; Major Credit Cards and Electronic Bank Transfer prior to goods being dispatched.


VAT All prices listed including special offers and delivery charges are subject to the current UK rate of 20%.


CURRENCY All prices listed throughout our brochure/catalogues are in sterling.


ACCOUNT CUSTOMER APPLICATION 1. Customers wishing to open a thirty-day credit account can apply to our accounts department for a Credit Account application form, subject to status. Order(s) and invoice(s) are payable at point of sale until the credit account has been approved.


2. Late payment; All invoice(s) will be subject to a late payment charge of 5% per month on the total balance outstanding.


3. No further goods will be released or dispatched if any invoice(s) or credit account(s) remains outstanding or has not been settled within the signed Terms and Conditions of sale, agreed with M.C. Products.


LIABILITY All item(s) supplied by M.C. Products Wrought Iron Components remain the property of M.C. Products Wrought Iron Components until full payment has been made.


PRODUCTS All our wrought iron component product descriptions, sizes and weights listed are as accurate as possible at the time of manufacturing and publishing, however with the nature of the materials used, these are guidelines and may vary in design and size. In the interest of continued product change, improvement and design, M.C.
