E-ssential Field Service In our industry, technical needs are not always predictable.
There may be a rush of installations; an urgent security upgrade across multiple sites; token or coin-handling upgrades; or just a preventative maintenance programme for which you do not have sufficient trained engineering resources currently.
To match these needs, E-Service retains a small, dedicated Field Service team, ready to go out on site, assess and resolve operating problems, implement pre-planned installations and provide exceptional levels of reporting and ensure customer satisfaction and sign-off.
Our engineers will work on a pre-quoted or day-rate basis to include all expenses and consumables. All our work is insured, and our engineering is guaranteed.
Contact the E-Service Field Sales Team for any requirement that you would like us to consider.
