Day ONE

Day TWO


Jump on the Acorn Express for a guided tour at The Morton Arboretum (Lisle), a breath-taking 1,700 acre garden of trees and other woody plants from around the world. Afterwards, both young and old will enjoy the hands-on learning activities in the Children’s


Garden and fi nding your way through the Maze Garden to the scenic overlook.


Tonight, transport your gang back in time to the days of chivalry and knighthood at Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament (Schaumburg), where you can feast like royalty while cheering your own brave knight to victory in live tournaments.


Day THREE


Gather the group today for a little friendly competition at one of our many indoor entertainment centers, like Dave & Buster’s (Addison), K1 Speed (Addison), Laser Quest (Downers Grove), Lucky Strike (Lombard), Main Event Entertainment (Warrenville), Pinstripes (Oak Brook), TopGolf Chicago (Wood Dale), or WhirlyBall (Lombard).


Spend your last evening together having dinner at the award-winning Drury Lane Theatre (Oakbrook Terrace) before experiencing live Broadway-style entertainment in this 971 seat proscenium-style theatre.


BEYOND CHICAGO’S SKYLINE


This evening, dine in style overlooking the breath- taking rose gardens at Mesón Sabika (Naperville), a restaurant which is housed in an 1847 Georgian-style mansion and features tapas and other authentic dishes of Spain.


Day THREE


Your fi rst stop today is the Graue Mill and Museum (Oak Brook). Adjacent to a scenic forest preserve and waterfall, Graue Mill is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is the only operating waterwheel gristmill in Illinois and features an Underground Railroad exhibit with photographs, documents, a computer interactive system and additional displays.


Just a few minutes away is Mayslake Peabody Estate (Oak Brook), where you will tour the Tudor Revival


style mansion once owned by coal baron F.S. Peabody. Witness restoration in progress at this nationally registered historic building by renowned architect Benjamin H. Marshall. On its grounds is a life-size replica of the Portiuncula Chapel in Italy.


Your last stop today will be at the award-winning Elmhurst Historical Museum (Elmhurst), where you can view changing interpretive exhibits on Elmhurst history, as well as national touring exhibits. They also offer various programs for children, families and adults throughout the year.


Stop for dinner in family-friendly Elmhurst City Centre before catching a fi rst run movie this evening at the renovated Spanish-style York Theatre (Elmhurst) built in 1924.
