ABB to maintain Van Oord’s turbochargers ABB has signed a three-year international maintenance contract with Dutch dredging contractor Van Oord to service 140 turbochargers. The expectation is that this will reduce failure rates and lead to fewer repairs, resulting in cost savings.
The agreement’s main focus is to ensure
that Van Oord’s fleet is available as much as possible with minimal downtime and low CO2 emissions, ABB said in a statement. “The
