Open House at Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy
T
he Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy and the Minnesota Center for Homeopathy will host an open house from 5 to 9 p.m. on May 8, in St. Louis Park. Participants can join in one of the mini-classes on Ho-
meopathic First Aid, Spring Cleanse Detox, or Day in the Life of a Homeopathic Student. Chair massages, energy work, food and beverages also will be available. Homeopathy is the second most commonly used
medicine in the world. It is a gentle and safe, yet powerful form of healing. Homeopa- thy treats the individual, not the disease, and a well-chosen remedy can help stimulate vitality and health. Many people with such conditions as chronic ear infections, skin disorders, bedwetting, arthritis and anxiety have found relief with homeopathy. Northwestern Academy, started in 1995, has graduated hundreds of homeopathic
practitioners. Classes meet once per month for a four-day weekend over a period of four years. Faculty members, experienced in both teaching and clinical practice, operate a low-cost clinic for the community staffed by faculty-supervised students and graduates. Minnesota Center for Homeopathy, one of the largest homeopathic clinics in the
country, houses the private practices of 12 homeopaths and two energy workers. These practitioners will be available at the open house to answer questions about homeopathy.
Location: 7104 Lake St. W., St. Louis Park (near the intersection of Hwy. 7 and Louisiana Ave.). For more information, call 952-224-9292 or visit
