If you are aged 14 to 16 and want to get fitter, join us at The Zone in Barrhead Sports Centre or Eastwood Park Leisure.


Monday to Thursday End of the school day to 6.00pm


Fridays End of the school day to 9.00pm


Saturdays and Sundays 12noon to 4.30pm


Times vary during school holidays Please ask for details


Your Zone induction session only costs £5.80 and then all you have to pay is £2.10 for each visit after that. Please visit us to book an induction or for more information call:
