illiput utty - Standard - Superne


illiput is a trade nae for our epoy putty. e supply two grades Standard ellowrey and Superne hite. Each grade is presented in siilar packs containing two .gra sticks and the general instructions for preparation and usage are the sae.


The two sticks have a long shelf life but once ied the resultant putty is at rst soft and highly adhesive and then gradually hardens. Speed of hardening is dependant on teperature and at noral teperatures - illiput becoes rock hard in three to four hours. By the application of heat the setting tie can be reduced to a few inutes.


After setting hard illiput continues to cure and is fully cured after an elapse of tie eual to the setting tie at the sae teperature. nce fully cured illiput can be achined, drilled, tapped, turned, led, sawn, sandpapered and painted. illiput can be sandpapered and painted iediately after it has been set. t is advisable to wear eye protection during this process.


illiput is an ecellent adhesive and will bond any of the following to itself or to any of the others - wood, brick, ceent, etals, concrete, plastics and glass, but note that illiput is not intended as a thin layer adhesive and should not be used where a paste, ucilage or thin glue is indicated. illiput will set under water and is heat resistant up to .
