Halo can not only organise your event in the historic and modern setting of the Club’s stadium but also at any of the city’s ABP Cruise Terminals. The team can also provide high-quality outside catering to event locations within the region tailored to your exact needs and requirements.


With an international airport, cruise terminals and train station, Southampton is the country’s gateway to the world. The thriving sea city offers a wide range of hotels and attractions and, with its extensive local knowledge, Halo’s dedicated sales and events team can organise every aspect for accommodation, transfers, activities and evening entertainment to perfectly complement your function.


Halo understands that every event is different and therefore we can personalise every function to perfectly achieve our customers’ objectives and exceed the expectations of our guests. Our team aims to provide all of our customers with a first-class service and outstanding menus tailored to their individual requirements.


St Mary’s Stadium has a diverse range of suites and executive boxes in which to host your event. Our suites and boxes are capable of holding from as few as 10 guests to as many as 500.


Halo Conferences & Events is also proud to offer the availability of larger event facilities within the city’s network cruise terminals, allowing you to entertain up to 2,500 guests for your function.


In September 2013, Halo extended its range of venue choices for businesses and organisations across the Solent region with the opening of two brand-new function suites.


The first of these is a newly-reconfigured and expanded executive box capable of hosting up to 24 delegates in boardroom setting for meetings and dinners held against a stunning backdrop provided by panoramic views across the St Mary’s pitch.


Halo also opened the doors to the new Presidents’ Suite, which can cater for up to 200 guests for a range of different functions and meals. This room was designed with a private entrance, rest rooms and kitchen, making it the perfect exclusive function space and private dining setting.


This year promises to be an exciting one for the city of Southampton. Saints are on course for their highest Premier League finish in more than a decade, the 2014 Global Ocean Race is just around the corner and the ever-popular PSP Southampton Boat Show will once again bring thousands of people to the area in September.
