um and baby yoga is a special time when you can really connect with your baby as well as heal your body after birth. Classes teach you baby massage skills, movements for your baby that can help relieve colic, as well as safe and gentle fitness for you in a fun and supportive environment. Your baby will build strength and co-ordination through songs and movement and you’ll meet other new mums and share experiences and laughs!
You don’t need any prior experience of yoga and after the class there is an hour of chat and homemade cake! Babies usually start at 6 weeks or older.

brisk walk with baby, buggy and with one of our fully trained team is great for keeping mums healthy & happy.
The benefits of these classes are far more than just a walk in the park. They target those areas which need the most work after pregnancy, such as pelvic floor and core muscles. Focusing on you regaining your posture after the stresses and strains your back has endured during pregnancy.
