Motorcycle Destination in Schaumburg
If you have a motorcycle or dirt bike, you’ll probably know the name Dainese. It stands for the best in head-to-toe protection. There are only a few retail stores in the U.S. and we are fortunate enough to have one in the Northwest suburbs of Schaumburg. D-Store Chicago is a tourist, shopping, and hangout destination; traditionally for motorcyclists, but increasingly for other sports like mountain biking, skiing, and snowboarding. The store, located at 1408 N. Meacham Road (N. of Golf) is full of very cool products including full leathers and racing suits, helmets, Kevlar protection, and clothing. The store holds all sorts of events during warmer months including rides. 224-653-8232

Rosemont, the Shopping, Dining & Entertainment Destination
F
ashion Outlets of Chicago is now open in Rosemont just off I-294’s northbound Balmoral exit. This is a fully enclosed 2 level mall with close proximity to parking from all stores. Fashion
Outlets of Chicago is the latest development in the Rosemont area including MB Financial Park with its many restaurants and entertainment venues. Rosemont is now the Chicago area’s premier shopping, dining and entertainment destination! In addition to the anchor stores including Bloomingdale’s The Outlet Store, Last Call by Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th and Forever 21, dining is another focus of the new property with two fine dining restaurants, Prasino and Villagio, and to a first-level food court with variety of other quick-service options. Other upscale retailers include Barney’s New York Outlet, Coach, Michael Kors, and Prada. What we like are the unique amenities that travelers flying out of O’Hare will appreciate. Their transportation partner, Go Airport Express is providing regular shuttles to and from the airport’s terminals, as well as downtown hotels. Fashion Outlets of Chicago has also partnered with TSA-certified BAGS Inc. to operate a special concierge service that allows travelers to print boarding passes and check shopping bags and luggage directly to their flights. So, you can check out of your hotel, check your bags at the mall, then do your shopping and take a quick shuttle to the airport!
