Delivery within the UK Our standard UK delivery charge is £5.95 for orders under £110. Delivery is free to mainland addresses for orders over £110 (excludes Scottish Highlands and specific heavier items).
If delivery is to the Scottish Highlands or to a non-mainland UK address, please contact us for a quote.
We aim to deliver within 7 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will give you an estimated delivery date when placing your order.

We would suggest you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the post office as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage costs will be refunded if goods are faulty. Should you receive damaged goods, then please notify us within 24 hours of receipt (your statutory rights will not be affected).

As many of our items are made by hand, they are unique and slight variations in colour, pattern, texture and size will occur. As production times vary, please check stock availability.
