Headford hires new internal recruitment manager...
John Gallivan has recently been promoted to internal recruitment manager at the Headford Group.
John has had a successful career at Headford as a Senior Consultant with the Group and has worked both the UK and European Markets.
With his combined Freight Industry knowledge and thorough understanding of the Group’s IT and operational systems John is ideal for training and developing new consultants through their initial six month Talent Academy.
As always the Group is pushing for Growth and is confident in the Global economy moving forward. Headford has plans to take on two new consultants per month during 2014. 2013 has been a fantastic year for the Company and it has doubled its turnover from 2012.
The Company has further plans to double again in 2014 but requires the necessary resources and training program in place for such an accelerated Growth Strategy.
