The company’s multi-cam- era stop arm unit captures high-definition images of vehicles and license plates across multiple lanes while intelligently eliminating false readings. Video and still images can be retrieved manually via Wi-Fi transfer and remotely through 3G/4G cellular. The stop-arm camera system is designed to operate with 247 interior camera systems and in conjunction with third-party, back-office citation solutions.

Bitzer optimized its reciprocat- ing compressors, and began manufacturing the Roadstar compressor this year. The strengthened drive gear and surface treatment increase reliability and extend the compressor’s service life, even in demanding conditions, the company stated. The inte- grated oil-collecting tank also simplifies maintenance and collection of the oil, which is isolated in small amounts and required for lubrication, sealing and for cooling the shaft seal.
