Our strength lies in quality of our people

A

S one of the country’s largest housing and care providers, Worcester-based Sanctuary Group is a

major employer, both nationally and locally, and we are delighted to once again support the Worcester News’ highly successful Jobs and Careers Fair. With about 10,000 staff employed

in a variety of roles, our strength as an organisation lies in the quality of our people. We have established an inclusive and supporting environment where people are valued and their potential fulfilled, and our employees have helped make Sanctuary the success it is. We work in partnership with other organisations, including those in our supply chain, to develop further jobs and training. Our activities span a number of successful business streams, including professional, managerial, technical, nursing, care, customer service, maintenance and administration.

By creating a workplace culture where diversity and talent is valued and enthusiasm and innovation is encouraged, Sanctuary has the ingredients for continued success. Come and see us at the job fair to

take advantage of our free employability sessions, offering jobseekers general advice and guidance on how to apply for a job. This could be talking people through how they compile a CV or fill out an application form, to hints and tips of good interview practice. If job seekers bring along a CV we can talk them through how to update it as well. The sessions are expected to last about 10 to 15 minutes. We will also be providing some hand-outs to give to job seekers so they have information to take away with them as well. If you can’t make it on the day

and you are interested in learning more about the opportunities available at Sanctuary Group, visit sanctuary-group.co.uk.

DIVERSITY OF TALENT: Sanctuary believes in creating opportunities for meaningful careers and has a range of roles for talented and motivated people.
