Delicious oatmeal and raisins cookies.


Easy to make because it only has 2 steps and it comes out deliciously moist.


Recipe makes 10 large cookies and 20 small cookies - either size they get eaten quickly!


90g brown sugar


100g caster sugar 110g unsalted butter 170g plain flour 150g rolled oats 130g raisins 1


egg


½ teaspoon cinnamon 1


Preheat oven to 180°c


Start by mixing together the butter and sugars in your standard mixer or with a bowl and wooden spoon until you get a creamy mixture.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined! If your little one is wary of whole raisins, try chopping them a little before inclusion; this will mask them nicely and you still get delicious cookies!


Bake for 20mins or until you get a golden brown colour. Let them cool before eating and enjoy!!
