THE DUBLIN RESIDENCE SALE 2013
Buyers are reminded that there is a 20% V.A.T. inclusive premium payable on the final bid price for each lot. The Auctioneers are always pleased to advise clients and to execute bids on their behalf, but if successful, the purchase price payable will be the final bid price and the V.A.T. inclusive premium of 20% chargeable thereon. Bids must always be made or confirmed in writing or by fax, reference being made to each sale through the code names on the title page of each catalogue. To ensure that bids will be accepted and that delivery of Lots is not delayed, intending Buyers should supply bank or other suitable references to the Auctioneers prior to the auction. The references should be supplied in good time to be taken up before the sale.
Bids are accepted in Euro only. Bid offers can be accepted via email but must be confirmed in writing via fax (+353 (0)56 4400911) or letter. Payment by cash, guaranteed cheque, wire transfer (details available on request) or credit card (mastercard/visa and subject to 3% surcharge). Cheques/Drafts to be made payable to ‘Mealys Fine Art Ltd’.
N.B. Payment by cash or guaranteed cheques. All Cheques or Drafts to be made payable to ‘Mealy's Fine Art Ltd.’ Third Party Cheques or Drafts will not be accepted as payment for lots purchased.

• The surname of the Artist or Craftsman, preceded by ‘After’ In our opinion, a copy of the work of the artist or craftsman.
• Signed, Stamped
Has a signature or stamp, which in our opinion is the signature or stamp of the artist or craftsman.
• Bears Signature or Stamp
Has a signature or stamp, which in our opinion might be the signature or stamp of the artist or craftsman.
• Dated
Is so dated and in our opinion was executed at about that date. • Bears Date
Is so dated and in our opinion may have been executed at about that date.

FIREARMS: Special Note Regarding Firearms
• A specific Permit or Licence must be produced relating to the Firearm purchased, before same can be removed from our Premises. Please contact your local Garda Station for relevant information.
DELIVERY:
All lots must be paid for and cleared by Noon on Tuesday 25th June 2013.
All clearing is at the purchaser's risk and expense. Any lots uncleared by Noon on Tuesday 25th June, 2013, will be subject to Clause 3 of the Buyers Conditions and will be held in storage at the purchaser's risk and expense.
Absentee Bidders must have commissions lodged with our Offices before 8p.m., Saturday 22nd June 2013.
We accept no responsibility or liability for acts or omissions regarding any bids received after this deadline.
Condition reports & Image requests:
All requests for condition reports and/or additional images of lots in this sale must be received no later than 5pm on Friday 21st June 2013. Any requests recevied after this deadline will not be entertained.
