She has worked for Independent Fire Insurance Company, Crawford and Company, Scibal Associates and Florida Insurance Guarantee Association and Landstar. She is currently handling claims in the Represented Segment for Allstate Claims Department. Polly has been a member of the Claims Association for many years.

He has more than 25 years experience in the transportation industry specializing in cargo legal liability claims, cargo loss prevention and cargo security. John was formerly Director of Risk Management for Landstar at its Corporate Campus. John attended Kent State and is a graduate of Service and Administrative Institute in Integrated Quality Management. He earned his Certified Claims Professional (CCP) designation in 1983. He also is a Certified Claims Adjuster (CCA) and is an independent all lines adjuster. He currently serves as a Carrier Arbitrator for Transportation Arbitration Board.

University of Florida and his J.D. from Florida State University in 1989. He served in the U.S. Army with the Judge Advocate Corps from 1990 to 1996, and also in the Florida National Guard. Jim is a member of the Florida Bar, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Medical Claims Defense Network, and the Jacksonville Bar Association. After practicing with two insurance defense firms from 1997 to 2003, he founded James C. Rinaman III & Associates, PA, practicing throughout North Florida, with offices in Jacksonville.

began adjusting claims in 1974 with Crawford & Company in Lakeland, Fla. and obtained her State all-lines 5-20 license in 1975. Judi relocated to Jacksonville in 1982 with Cigna in their workers’ comp center. Subsequently, she worked with Zenith Insurance Company for 10 years as a Senior Field and Fraud Investigator. She is currently with Mutual Risk Services Inc. as an All-Lines Senior Field Investigator. She is an active member of the JCA.
