FRED JONES Davis Transport, Inc.


Fred Jones was hired as a company


driver in April 1989. In July of 1990, Jones moved into the office and became the head of the recruiting department. He would spend the next eight years in recruiting with a few months in the log department as well as terminal manager in Wyoming. During this time he also bought a tractor and spent a year on the road. In October of 2000, he went back


over the road full time as an owner- operator. In his 14 years of driving, Jones has acquired 14 safe driving awards. He was second runner up in


2004 for Owner Operator of the Year. In 2007, he was the Independent Contractor of the Year. In the last three years, Jones has had clean roadside inspection report s. He has passed four inspections from a Level 1 to a Level 3. He has zero CSA points. RW
