MICHAEL BORISKIN, Artistic and Executive Director of Copland House has developed and implemented its award-winning public, arts and educational pro- grams, guided its designation as a National Historical Landmark and its gradual expansion in Mount Kisco. A skilled pianist himself, Boriskin has performed with leading international orchestras and chamber music ensembles.
JEAN NEWTON, Executive Director of the Music Conservatory of Westchester began her career there as a volunteer in 1994 and evolved into various leader- ship roles as Development Associate, Director of Development and Dean of Students and Faculty. An accomplished harpsichordist, Newton also teaches and has performed with prestigious companies throughout her career.
ArtsWestchester announc- es two new affiliate board members representing our cultural partners. Our affiliate members serve for two-year terms and are nominated by their peers in the arts community. Judith Weber, Executive Director, New Rochelle Council on the Arts has been re-elected to the board for a two-year term.
