Allyson and Liz believe in helping people continue to have the independence they need to spend their last years in their own home, if they so wish.
Specialising in dementia and end of life care, all of their staff undergo background checks and are professionally trained to a
high standard that exceeds the national minimum standard. They will also either have, or be working towards, a level 2 NVQ in health and social care.
According to director Allyson: “We take time in recruiting our carers as we are only as good as the staff we employ. We insist on a 'treat someone as you would like to be treated yourself' policy. We are always looking for exceptional carers to join our team.
“We provide personal homecare for clients who require support
“We believe in continuity of care and keep the amount of carers for each client to a minimum. This will encourage a build up of trust and confidence between the family and carer, which in turn helps to develop a deeper level of understanding, between both the client and care worker.
“We appreciate that sometimes families may just need a short break from time to time; for this we offer a sitting service.”
All aspects of care are covered to enable independence at home.
The Garden of England Homecare are able to provide 24 hour live in care to clients who require full time care and attention in the comfort of their own home.
