Frances Casey – Lease Renewals, Referencing and Administration Frances has worked for Ferris and Co. for 10 years and is based at the Bearsted office Monday to Thursday. Frances carries out the credit/ reference checks on all tenants and also manages the lease renewals. Francis enjoys being part of the friendly team at Ferris and Co.

Barbara Fuller – Inventories and Deposits Protection Maintenance Barbara has been with the company for 5 years and works Monday to Friday. Barbara carries out all of the opening/ closing schedules and manages the deposit paid by the tenants; she enjoys the challenges that each day brings.
