• Manage/Supervise all aspects of horse care & barn/facility management • Hire, train, & manage teaching, support & camp staff • Institute a stable managment system that utilizes best management practices & Soil Conservation initiatives • Obtain & train program horses
• Professional communication skills & genuine respect for horses & children • Willingness to support the philosophical and educational elements of Butler School Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifi cations and Requirements for Position: • Current accredited certifi cation in riding instruction • Instruction experience (USPC experience preferred) • Stable management experience
• Promote registration & scheduling of all equestrian activities • Optimize Lesson program to include
• Coordinates with Special Programs Director and Marketing Director to design and create up-to-date promotion, registration and enrollment information and regular PR communications about equestrian activities
• Maintain business records & coordinate receivables & payables with Butler Business Offi ce
