Career opportunities P STUDENT PROFILE
An incredibly high calibre of teaching
“I am currently studying a research PhD in Developmental Psychology at the University of Melbourne.
My research topic looks at the pathways through education for refugee and immigrant young people. I’m investigating how students’ interactions with their environments contribute to their experiences and journeys in education, particularly in terms of their challenges and opportunities.
I hope to utilise my research findings to provide an evidence base for services to develop support programs for refugee and immigrant students in education.
Developmental psychology is fascinating. It is applicable and highly relevant to everyday life experiences.
The postgraduate program at the University of Melbourne has an incredibly high calibre of teaching and learning experiences, and provides a supportive learning environment for students..“
