critical. In fact, every physician should understand that when cholesterol soars too high, it’s actually a signal that the body is trying to repair damaged cells throughout the body—by trying to provide more lipids.

Focus: When you supplement with glycophospholipids, what is the most common response?

RE: First, I should say that I prescribe glycophospholipids to 100% of my patients, and the fact that I use it so consistently shows I have consistent results. Patients say their en- ergy is markedly im- proved. They report a feeling of well-being, better mental func- tion, the ability to en- dure greater amounts of stress. They report fewer colds, fewer spontaneous injuries and joint problems, better sleep and digestion. And many of my patients are Medicare age pa- tients, or at least over the age of 50. They are well able to iden- tify a substantial improvement in energy.

I actually have had patients over the years who openly admit that they stopped their lipids, usu- ally for financial reasons and then, over a timeframe of about 8 to 12 weeks, notice the fatigue returning. They will tell me they now know the value of lipids and will never stop supplement- ing again. They experience the impact of insufficient cell mem- brane repair very vividly.

Focus: What are some of your most memorable patient recov- eries in which glycophospho- lipids played a key role?

RE: Many of my patients are in their forties and fifties and are suffering from fatigue, de- pression, intermittent constipa- tion, and metabolic syndrome. One sentinel clue is thyroid dysfunction. There are several measures of that, including anti-thyroid peroxidase (TPO) antibodies. I will tell them we have to stop injuring their cells and repair them with lipids.

dress or care for himself. I put him on a very similar regimen, and within a mere four days he called me, so excited, because he was already seeing improve- ment. Within a few months he was ambulatory, exercising, and back to work. I explained to him that every cell membrane in his joints and his gut lining had responded to the Lipid Re- placement Therapy (LRT®).

A fifty-five year old woman came to me with crippling arthritis pain. After a year of working with this patient, her rheumatologist said her case of polymyalgia rheumatica had completely reversed. She no longer had the condition.

I put them on a rotation diet free of their food allergens, and supplement with glycophos- pholipids, and retest eight to twelve weeks later. They will often be amazed at their im- provement and then become committed to their healing.

Focus: What about auto- immune illnesses? Do they respond well?

RE: I have consistently good results in autoimmune disease. A 52-year-old gentleman came to me with such disabling ar- thritis and arthralgia, through all his minor and major joints, that he was bedridden. His diagnosis was polymyalgia rheumatica. He could not even

Another patient, a fifty-five year old woman, was given the same diagnosis, and had the same kind of crippling ar- thritis pain. A similar approach worked so well with her that a year later her rheuma- tologist said her case had completely re- versed. She no longer had the condition.

Another patient, a middle- aged male, came to me with pelvic pain and burning, and calcifications on ultrasound of his prostate. The exact same approach completely reversed the condition, and for the last four years, ultrasound of his prostate shows no calcification at all. His symptoms are gone. In this case, chelation supposi- tories help promote microcir- culation and blood flow, while glycophospholipids repair the lining of the tiny capillaries.

I also treated one woman for recurring optic neuritis. She came to me after experienc- ing intermittent attacks in both eyes. Her neuro-opthalmologist put her on steroids and metho-
