The Transactional Insurance products Ambridge offers can assist BVCA members in completing their transactions by providing timely solutions to issues that have become an impediment to their conclusion such as:
n disagreements among the negotiating parties as to how the financial responsibility for certain risks will be allocated among the parties to a transaction; or
n concerns regarding a transaction counterparty’s ability to meet the obligations that it has agreed to assume under the terms of the transaction agreement; or
n actual or perceived exposures that, were they to crystallise, would serve to inhibit a party’s interest in proceeding with the transaction.
