What’s a Doula? A Doula provides continuous physical, emotional and informational

support to the mother before, during and just after childbirth. Research shows that when Doulas are present, births can be shorter, women cope much better and parents are comforted by the continual presence of someone they know and trust. A Doula can also be there during those first weeks of getting to know your new baby. For more information call Michele on 07507 594500 or visit www.tranquildoula.com
