The Whale Showed Up


I followed the fortunes Of the Thames Whale Avidly on Sky TV,


But what they didn’t say Was that that whale was a Buddhist.


Don’t know what he was In his previous life, But next he turned up As a Daff – I know, I picked him, And chucked him in the Taff.


Next life, what’ll he be? Where will he show up? I don’t know – maybe as A bee in Zimbabwe, And it won’t be long Before he’s floating down The Zambezi.
