MY HOW TIME GOES BY. We’re still getting the green glitter from St. Patrick’s Day out of our hair and now we have to prepare some pastel Easter outfits. Hopefully some of that Irish luck from the men will have rubbed off on us (some of us got lucky) and will bring a fun month full of excitement. March was a great month though—on the first weekend we headed off to Las Vegas to be a part of the grand opening of Share Nightclub, a much-needed new addition to the gay scene in Vegas.
DAISY AND JESSICA’S by daisy torres & jessica d’nalga Daisy: I definitely needed a break from work
and took the opportunity while in Vegas to lounge around by the pool before hitting the town at night. Share Nightclub was packed with many celebrities and good-looking folks who turned out for the grand opening. It had been a long time since I visited Vegas. Sin City has a lot to offer, gorgeous, over-the-top ca- sinos, great restaurants, amazing shows and plenty of cute boys walking the strip. The only down-side is the smoke, when we got home we had to have all our clothes dry cleaned by the folks at New Life Chinese Laundry in order to get the stench out. Jessica: Wow! Can you say viva Las Vegas? It was a
blast! Share Nightclub was packed with hotties, the music was blasting and the drinks flowing. The odds of us having a good time were the safest bet in town! I can’t go into details because you know what they say, “Whatever happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas... except the herpes. That $#!% will come back with you.” After returning from Vegas we had a belated
birthday celebration for Daisy at the Brass Rail. Thank you to all the friends who showed up to make her feel special and get her drunk. After finishing all the birthday cupcakes and sending all the thank you cards for the gifts, it was time to get all pretty in green to celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day. Our mission was

to head downtown to mingle with the folks at the SHAMrock block party. Boys, Boys, Boys. Daisy: So much eye candy I think I developed dia-
betes of the eyes from looking at all the sweet treats. Jessica: Oh my Irish lads! I Love me some ginger!
Sexy boys trying to play and not wear green got pinched! The following weekend we shifted from green beer
to chocolate. On Sunday, March 25 our street was blocked off for the Hot Chocolate Run. Daisy: I have to say I was very intrigued to find out
what this was all about, since two of the streets I use to get home were blocked off. It turns out that it was a 10k run sponsored by Ghirardelli. I didn’t run, but I was on the street, so I could “accidentally” trip any sweet treats who ran by. Enough about March. That month is so five minutes
ago. Let’s talk about APRIL, cuz it’s time to make those bunnies lay decorated eggs… Did you know that Eden’s “bottomless mimosas”
are back on Sundays? Nothing says brunch like end- less Champagne flowing from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jessica: Such a great deal! I love the staff and the
grub is delish! Be sure to tell the boys Jessica and Daisy sent you from Rage. Daisy: How else would I spend my Sunday morn-
ADVENTURES
ings but having brunch with the gang, drinking mimosas and catching up on the weekend? After mimosas and a quick disco nap, check out
our girl La Fierce’s new dance revue at Numbers every Sunday night at 8:30 p.m. It’s a different kind show with a cast of more than 20 dancers. The diva performers and risqué men put on a fantastic show. So check them out at Numbers. Daisy: La Fierce serves some hot moves and her
girls and boys werk it like the rent is due. Jessica: La Fierce, you can work it mama! I need you
to show me some of your moves! By the way what’s the white boy’s name with the muscles and ink? Give him my number girl! It seems April has many out of town trips in store
for us girls. There is so much packing to do and since we can never make our minds about outfits, you can only imagine how much luggage we’re going to take. April 6 through 9 we are heading to Palm Springs
to take in all the eye candy at the White Party. This year we have Mary J. Blige performing on Saturday and X Factor winner Melanie Amaro on Sunday at the T-dance. A weekend full of sexy boys in everything from short shorts to swimwear and all white. What else can we ask for? Get your tickets at jeffreysanker. com.
Daisy: this year’s theme is white party 3-D, so um...
what do I wear to go with the theme? Jessica: That’s a good question sister. I don’t know
either, but at least I have the perfect heels to go with whatever I choose! Sparkle! On Saturday, April 21 we are heading to L.A. to at-
tend the 23rd Annual GLAAD Awards at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel. This is always a star-studded evening, celebrating the best in media that supports and promotes the LGBT community. Jessica: So this year we better find dresses early
and not wait until the last minute like last year. I’m thinking silver and white or perhaps blue with dia- monds to keep it classy this time around. Daisy: This was a difficult decision because there
is another great event taking place that same night. April 21 is also the night of the Block Party on Wisteria Lane, the famed back lot set of Desperate Housewives. So if you want to be surrounded by celebrities and be part of a great cause, head to the Block Party on Wisteria Lane, the famed back lot set of Desperate Housewives. The party includes food, drinks and is a chance to rub elbows with celebs. Get your tickets at
wisterialaneblockparty.com. Jessica: Cant we go to both? Celebrities do it all
the time! With that we say “till next month MUCHACHOS.”
Have a great April and if you see the Easter bunny send him our way…we love fluffy things.
