The Vancouver Aquarium You’re thinking: stare at fish for a date? I’m thinking: have a good time exploring species from our world that we don’t oſten get to see, plus you don’t really have to talk to anyone but each other. You get to share each other’s thoughts about the underwater creatures and discuss which is your favourite, and indulge in a lot of one- on-one time with no pesky servers interrupting your conversation. Te Vancouver Aquarium features many different shows for you to watch also, including the 4-D Experience where you explore the world from the comfort of your seat. Tey also feature different shows that discuss the sea creatures living just off our own BC
Coastline. Enjoy! Harrison Hot Springs Resort and Spa Located approximately two hours northeast of Vancouver. Tey have a romance package that I have grown fond of. It gives you one night (or two, depending on the price you want to pay) in their east tower. You also receive a couples massage, breakfast for two each morning and dinner for two on one of the evenings during your stay. It’s cheaper and usually less busy on weekdays, so disappear during the workweek and take in the added privacy and seclusion.

Granville Island Brewery Depending on what type of couple you are, or maybe you’re not yet in a relationship - this could work for you completely! Selling tickets at $45, Granville Island hosts their “Beer My Valentine” event. Tey pair beers with chocolate, letting you taste first, before a compelling explanation as to why they work so wonderfully together. Tey will entertain you with live music at which time you can get your dance on. Did I mention door prizes? And beer?..You’re welcome.
