Schedule (MAS) Contract is Blackheart International, LLC Catalog Price List dated 11-1-11 with a negoti- ated basic discount of 2% to 30%. For calculation of the GSA scheduled price (price paid by customers ordering from the GSA schedule), the contractor should deduct the basic discount from the retail price and add the prevailing IFF rate to the negotiated discount price(Net GSA price). Currently the IFF rate is 0.75%.
