ANOTHER fun-filled year has passed for The Star Inn at Liverton.


Landlords Lisa and


Darryl are celebrating their fourth successful year. Together with their customers they have continued to raise money for all sorts of charities from the Devon Air Ambulance and the children’s wards at Exeter and Torbay Hospitals, to charities close to their hearts such as the National


Association for Bikers with Disabilities.


Lisa comments: ‘It’s been a fantastic year again, fun all the way, thanks to our lovely customers so a big, big thank you to them all for the fundraising support and the great times that we have all had. Also I would like us all to raise a glass at our


anniversary party to our absent friends and family – we will always remember them and miss them.’


The pub is collecting the toys again for the children’s ward at Torbay Hospital which will be delivered in the usual shining Star way with a convoy of as many throbbing motorbikes as possible. As always there are a host of live music events throughout November and December so why not go along and join in with the laughter and fun, you will receive a warm welcome at this truly great local pub.
