Mayflower Housing manage over 4,500 properties in South Lincolnshire from their HQ in Boston.


“As a major provider of social housing in the region we at Mayflower have set up an innovative Tenants Panel to scrutinise and help improve our performance. We quickly recognised the need to provide training for this group but were unable to find an established programme which delivered what was needed. Thankfully Boston College were able to design a bespoke package covering a diverse mix of topics from Equality and Diversity to Budget Analysis and Developing Action Points.
