RETURNS
If any product is unsuitable, providing it has remained in saleable condition, and can be returned in its original packaging return of goods will normally be accepted, providing we are notified within 14 days of delivery. Please email
mary@shapeyourworld.co.uk Once the item has been returned we will send you a credit note minus the delivery cost.
VAT RELIEF FORM
If you have a chronic illness or disability you can qualify for VAT relief. VAT relief is controlled by HM Revenue & Customs and applies only to those products where we show (Exc. VAT) prices. VAT relief cannot be claimed on telephone orders as written declaration needs to be made. To qualify for VAT relief you must submit your declaration at time of ordering. It is an
case you pay the excluding VAT price plus Delivery & Packing Costs.
