Print head holder with sliding cartridge Precision controlled writing quality
Ideally suited to products with no flat surface or no possibility of parallel guidance. With a maximum print head traversing path of 20 mm the product speed can be up to 30 m per minute.
Ink cartridges Consistent writing quality
The printer cartridges with print head for thermal inkjet coders (with 42 ml capacity) contain environmentally compatible water and solvent-based inks. Intelligent control electronics monitor the ink level in each cartridge and transmit a warning message to the controller when required (e.g. low ink level).
Central ink supply for permanent availability Central ink supply is available as an option on your inkjet coding systems. The built-in 350 ml or 1000 ml cartridge can supply up to 4 print cartridges with ink simultaneously.
Inks The diversity of the systems and the associated choice of inks allow adjustment to the widest variety of individual requirements. These range from adhesion to metal, plastic, glass or paper to quick-drying, water-soluble and pigmented properties, among many others.
