Our executive Chef, Primus Perchtold, is the winner of three gold medals at the European Championship of Culinary Art in Nuremberg. He directs the menus on board every AMAWATERWAYS cruise in Europe. You’ll find one of Chef Perchtold’s recipes on your pillow each night, so you can recreate his culinary magic at home.

Enjoy a lovely champagne breakfast, featuring off-the-menu and made-to-order specialities accompanied by freshly-baked breads and pastries. At lunch, you’ll find an enticing buffet laden with fresh salads, pasta dishes, hot entrees, and desserts, as well as meals to order from the menu. In the afternoon, stop by the Main Lounge for tea or complimentary espresso and lattes, as well as sandwiches, pastries and cookies. Dinner is a multi-course affair, accompanied by wines that flow freely, so you can sample numerous fine vintages. Beer and soft drinks are complimentary, as well.
After dinner, we invite you to enjoy engaging evening entertainment. Whether it is Bavarian music and dance or a classical quartet, you are sure to be enthralled.
